Preparation phase

Antes de empezar a mirar programas y convocatorias, es mejor hacernos al menos estas 3 preguntas:

Our goals: What do we want to get from our participation in a European project?
Our added value: how can we contribute to a European project?
Our capacities: do we have the necessary resources to implement a European project?

A good way to answer this is to do a SWOT analysis focused on the participation of our organization in European projects.

We always have to keep in mind our human and financial resources, decisive when deciding whether to participate in a project or not.
